Inverness is often called the capital of the Highlands, Scotland. It is an ancient settlement, even before Medieval began.
My husband and I fell in love with this place, charming and peaceful, urbanised yet low density, conserving the historical structures and beautiful riverside with green and breeze. Despite its cold weather, we spent a great afternoon wandering the city. Small part though, as we enjoyed ourselves very much that we’ve forgotten about time passed us by too quickly.
We parked our car in Eastgate Shopping Centre, had our quick lunch and thought, walk the city randomly- without any firm plan in mind.
