Capturing the smiles of my first-born during the trip to UK.
Time flies, she is ten years old. I used to worry on her a lot and did scrapbook about her to console myself, so to speak. I am, still worry on her, but I have not done a page for a long time. No wonder it has been frustration and conflicting and distancing...
Ten years of motherhood, doesn't mean I get better.
Nice photos of your trip! How I miss the UK..
ReplyDeleteThanks! I miss UK too!
DeleteShe's growing more and more like Mama....It's memorable to turn travel pics into scrapbooks :D
ReplyDeleteThrough scrapbooking also, I realised that there was not many pictures of me and my first-born...
DeleteI don't think we can ever let go of our babies - we will always worry about them, even when they eventually have families of their own x Having a 10 yo daughter myself I understand the stage you are currently going through - it's going to be quite the journey for both of us!
ReplyDeleteCheers to motherhood;)!
DeleteMy favorite line from this blog was "Ten years of motherhood, doesn't mean I get better."
ReplyDeleteYet, you are absolutely good in raising a kind and great kid. Being a mother is not an easy job but it is the most rewarding one. :)
You are God-sent, Michelle. We were having a very tough time with her just over the weekend. You words heal me.
ReplyDeleteNot so much of rewarding part, but at least no regret when one day I look back into my book of mothering.
